The skills we look for in people to join our team at Isos are:

  • excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
  • outstanding strategic-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities;
  • qualitative and quantitative research skills;
  • the ability to work with and influence senior stakeholders; and
  • expertise and a track-record of success in a specific area of the public sector – such as education, special educational needs, mental health, or children’s services.

There are a range of ways in you could work with us, ranging from joining our team as a permanent employee to working with us as one of our expert associates. We are interested in hearing from people at the start of their careers, with at least two years of experience, as well as those with much more experience in their field.
