Leigh Sandals
Leigh Sandals was Head of Performance and Capability in the DCSF with responsibility for business planning, performance reporting and governance of national public service agreements.
Through his work in the DCSF he also developed the Every Child Matters outcomes framework. Leigh has worked extensively in the Prime Minister's Delivery Unit leading on projects such as the four month review of the Cabinet Office and centre of government for the Cabinet Secretary.
By background Leigh is an experienced Operational Researcher and has lectured at both undergraduate and post graduate level in quantitative and qualitative research methods at the University of Gloucestershire.
