Simon Rea
Simon Rea brings direct experience of local delivery, having worked in Tower Hamlets leading a series of service reviews in the borough.
Simon has also worked at the centre of Government reporting to a range of Cabinet Ministers, developing national policy and legislation at the Cabinet Office, led on a range of education targets at the Prime Minister's Delivery Unit, and led three month Capability Reviews of the organisational capacity of the then DfES, and Ofsted.
He is qualified as a secondary School Improvement Partner, and spent his early career teaching in a large London community school.
