Robert Hill


Robert has wide experience of public services and education policy and practice.


He has acted as a policy adviser to the Prime Minister in the No.10 Policy Unit, and in the DfE and Home Office. He has published widely on education policy and school leadership, including reports on academy chains, collaborative working between schools, the work of National Leaders of Education, and the middle tier. He has worked with Isos on a number of projects, most recently on a national research project investigating how the leadership of teaching school alliances can develop more effective teaching and learning.
